Don’t Stress the Holidays | Happy Christmas

If your like me your putting the kids to bed, possibly dreading the wrapping. Wrapping reminds some of us like myself we didn’t have much under the tree this year. But Wrapping can also the therapy for the troubled mind. I don’t care if you were only able to get each kid one thing; remember this

  • They are loved
  • Fed
  • Happy
  • Healthy

Those things are unmatched. Think of a home with no heat instead of no gifts; I bet you will see just this day, because that’s all it is, is just a day. Don’t knock yourself for a holiday that only comes once a year, a holiday about giving peace, love and joy in whatever way you can.

  • Bake cookies
  • Play games
  • Do some crafts
  • Sing and dance Christmas carols
  • Give thanks

There are many things you can do to bring joy to this holiday season. Remember we are in a full moon phase, it’s time to release that stress and prepare for the new moon. Why stress when you can create memories.
