Working from home | Set goals, Set expectations

What does working from home look like for you. How do you utilize your lunch break? Are you a power napper, do you dinner prep, play with the kids, just sit in space because this working from thing is not as easy as you’d thought it would be.

I try to set 3 goals a day one for each aspect of my life that is important family, self and business. In that I find time to fit in ways to accomplish what’s been set. Family is always first so Mine looked a little like this.

We are working on counting, sorting and more vs less than these next few weeks. I am working on my business ideas, and revamping healing. I believe when you set goals your setting expectations for the day and for your mind. When you add the intention to complete, nothing can stop you.

I also had a moment to put some turkey neck bones in the slow cooker because the weather has truly changed.

Still have to work on self, today is 15 min meditation and a 15 min workout. what do you have planned? It’s not to late!
