Meditation Is my Medication

It’s just the start of Virgo season and I’ve already had my first panic attack. I laugh at myself because I am a thinker, I will think myself into a downward spiral if I don’t watch it. Though the news was alarming, I am doing my best to trust my doctors and history. Also doing my best to not put any negative benefit into the universe. For this to be nothing to worry about I must believe the same. I must continue to eat right, smile and think positive.

Today’s meditation Medication

Sitting in a comfortable position, take a Deep breath in …. Hold and release on 3 count. Ohm after me….. “ohm we are positive, we are whole, we are healthy, we are full of life”. Repeat. Now take another deep breath in… hold and release. Repeat until centered.
