I think we all get a little side tracked. One minute are running dish water the next second our minds are stolen by the mess in the bathroom the kids made. Then the dishes end up being in the sink until the morning because now your mind is on cleaning the bathroom, then the floors, then oh your phone rang.
So I challenge your mind to 30 min of concentration: rules
- Raise the time by 5 min each day until you reach an hour
- If you miss a day you must start over.
- Pick one task, one that can me continuous if possible like working out, a puzzle, reading, writing, etc. If you have business that needs your attention pick an aspect, make something, research, plan something.
