Change in Attitude | Turn up the Healing ❤️‍🩹

Good morning, grand rising, good day and happy healing. I hope you rose with ambition today. If things have been rough for you lately have you tried making minor changes to your attitude, activities and habits. Things like

  • Instead of eating out eat in
  • Write
  • Go for a walk
  • Go to the park and be a kid
  • Group yoga at a local gym or studio if your feeling lonely; sometimes the bet company are from those you don’t know
  • Wear your favorite color
  • Add an extra veggie to your plate – try your local better health store and or Whole Foods for alternative snacks, fresh organic fruits and veggies, candies and more.
  • Eat a piece of fruit

Working from home as brought out new challenges in eating, relationships, work, healing and health.

Change doesn’t have to come all at once, it doesn’t have to huge. Moving at your own pace, mastering your own thought and body all comes with time. First is breaking the habit or negativity. When you feel yourself going down the wrong path it’s never to late to take a step back and re analyze.
