Grand Rising | Mercury Monday

Good morning my beautiful people, how are you feel?

If you didn’t stretch yet reach up and touch the sky and say “I got this today”. Slowing reach down to your toes and exhale “no stress, just opportunities”.

It’s a beautiful day to be more mindful. Mindful of what eat, say, drink and partake in. It’s a great day to be in control of your being, it’s a great day to give to the universe and accepts its blessings back. It’s just a great day to smile.

This mercury retrograde still has a another few weeks to test our health, our mindset and decision making. This is the perfect time to practice mindfulness and keep your eyes open for people and things keeping you off balance. Cast them away.

You are the master of your destiny, you are in control, you are worth the effort. Put it into yourself.

So I did a thing over the weekend. Took my family on a Eastern Market trip to stretch our bodies, breath in some fresh air, and buy some new items from a few black vendors. Downtown Detroit in the spring/summer is beautiful, from the sites to the water, to the people; it’s a good time.

I picked up black tea from a lovely woman who hands makes all her loose tea, there were so many kinds and variations I didn’t know what to pick

Black tea is great for energy, improve gut health, has cancer fighting properties, and can boost your metabolism. (I got all 4 for $12🤸🏿‍♀️)

We then stopped and got a few fruits and veggies and took a break to drink. Boy was it hot, but we survived.

Incenses are a great form of aroma therapy, great for cleansing your chakras and aligning the home and body.

Finding new senses to bless my home and family is always a win. And this pack was only $5. I kid you not.

In the bottle is mango oil. This oil smells like heaven, use it on your skin and or as aroma therapy for a healing session to bring freshness, happiness and joy into your being. Charcoal and frankincense for burning. Great for meditation and 🧘‍♀️.

Keep yourself aligned during this mercury retrograde and fight power with mindfulness.♥️
