Mindfulness and being holistic are both practices of alignment. Your purpose is to align yourself with the goals you set for your self. Aligning yourself with your goals allows you to achieve, master and overcome. For instance I align my self with
- Good health = good eating
- good fortune = putting myself in places and opportunities to manifest growth
- Good energy = positive thoughts, actions and intentions
