In the Kitchen | Mindfulness

We all love things that make us feel good inside. Though I know it’s so hot who wants to be in the kitchen, but we gotta eat right. I ate the typical salad and sandwich but my body wanted more.

Shrimp and grits with sautéed collard greens.

Nothing to special and not authentic due (missing spice and bacon) but it definitely hit the spot. A little cheddar in the grits, bitterness from the greens and supple shrimp, delicious.

You can’t have savory with out sweet right. Sticky and warm a perfect ending to a long day .

Cinnamon rolls

Read as much as you can, absurd as much positive energy as you can, love with pure energy and drink your water. Be mindful of your goals and your desires will become more obtaining. It’s Tuesday, regardless if you are working from home, in the office or the beach side or bed you are amazing. Grand day to you.
