Be stronger | Fight back harder | Self Checklist

I know I’ve been missing for the past week, but I’m a firm believer in my energy. If my energy is off I can not be the coach you need. We all have our moments, while some last longer than others, a moment is just that. It’s time to reflect, and take what we have learned to the next moment. We overcome when we realize a moment is just that.

I had many moments over the past 11 days, dealing with body changes, bad news, rough days, a new job and more but I have not given up. New moments are for new beginnings if you didn’t like how the last one ended. I’ve been taking advantage of each and everyone.

To become great sometimes requires a break to evaluate self. I can’t be the best me without focusing me when I need it. Self is the root to success, why not make sure self is ok.

Self checklist

  • Am I happy today
  • Am I confident today?
  • Am I eager to succeed today?

If I answer no to any of these I try to change one thing I can in that moment to change that no to a yes.

  • Smiling
  • Repeating a mantra
  • Looking in the mirror
  • Writing down a goal
  • Remember why you are blessed

I’m sorry for the wait, no excuses, I was adjusting to a lot but I am here to coach you into healing, Inside and out.
