You did it | TGIF

You made it through another week, I know your tired I know your boss is getting on your nerves but guess what you finished anyway. You smiled anyway and you are here.

Remember you did all these things so there are at least 10 reasons to smile today.

Make sure you drink plenty of water, do a little exercise, and love yourself more today.

Part of loving self is eating right. I have chronic stomach issues and when flare ups hit I try to do my body right and give it more of the things it needs to heal and repair. Flare ups of any kind come from

  • Poor diet
  • Lack of exercise
  • Environment change
  • Stress

The last one is usually the root of my stomach issues. It’s hard to not stress, as holistic and mindful I am, I still do struggle with the letting go and moving forward. Knowing if I keep stressing I’ll be drinking my meals

I went to my local smoothie shop “New Five” where every order some with a aloe tea of your choice and a smoothie. Endless flavors and combos, they have something for all walks of life. Aloe is great for digestion and so are the smoothies.
