Cooking is how I relax and unwind. I’m no pro chef, I’m just a home-cook trying to keep money in my pocket while staying energized and healthy.
The Stuffed bell peppers were a hit this week . I topped with a tomato sauce.
Burgers are always great, this one had an egg, avocado, cheese and a Mayo sauce to die for (quick and easy Mayo, pickle juice (yes I said it), ketchup, paprika and Worcestershire sauce). Burger from Omaha meat!
Roasted veggies and scallop potatoes. Yummy quick meal, great for any night. (This pic is before the roasting. Roast at 350 for 15 min, then raise the heat to 425 and roast for another 15 min or until your tenderness liking). The potatoes are from Omaha meat.
Another tasty salad, simple with fresh tomatoes, turkey ham, cheese and a great orange ginger dressing.
All you need is good ingredients and a good imagination. Food is endless, try something new this Saturday or a classic.
