Saturday mornings are great; it’s the day you can have two blunts, coffee how you like it, meditate as the sun rises and even slip back into bed if you like. Why because it’s Saturday! The day you earned to relax, exhale and shine !
Today we refuse to stress about anything as we do every with mindfulness. When we are mindful we make better decisions, better decisions equal greater results.
In being mindful is being present in the moment. Each task/chore is it’s own, it’s moments it’s own, being present is being able to cancel out distractions with awareness to your surroundings and energy.
Feel the dish water as you wash the dishes, smell the clothes as you fold them, notice how it makes you feel, engage in that feeling. Take hold of that energy, complete the task and use that energy to master the next.
