Thrive Thursday| Goodness in a Bowl

Happy Thursday my happy and determined people. It’s a great day for walking, running, writing, manifesting and clear thinking. I don’t know about you but I think we all could use a little de-stressing and uplifting. Way to many shootings and not enough living, way to much hate and definitely not enough people striving to be great. I think if we all took out the time to

  • talk to self
  • be one with self &
  • better self

A lot of these things will stop. Because the problem isn’t your job, isn’t the person next to you, or the pandemic; it’s YOUR WAY OF THINKING, YOUR WAY OF ANALYZING & YOUR WAY OF OVERCOMING. May be harsh but I rather you hear it from me.

Try something today, when faced with an issue think clearly and with percussion not with your emotions. Though yes emotions are important for they play a major role ingot we move, feel and thrive; emotion should be considered but not the end all be all for final decisions.

When faced with fear, doubt, and or lack of motivation try again putting your emotions and the side and thinking with a clear mind

  • How can I get through this?
  • Is this in my control?
  • how can I learn From this?

Being mindful means not only thinking but learning, absorbing the universe and gaining its powers to achieve. You are great, you are worth the patience, and worth the effort.

Simple salads are great snacks and a way to use up things in the fridge. This simple salad all you need grape tomatoes, avocados and salt/pepper.
