You made it half way though the week, pat yourself on the back. Now that we are here it’s time to reflect. Notice any small changes in mindset or habits yet? If not it’s ok, everything takes time.
Here a tip on working on those bad habits we are trying to shake. Something like your phone, let’s say your a avid phone users and you find yourself checking it at all times of the day. Challenge yourself, every time you reach for your phone, reach for a class of water or write a line of poetry.
Knock one bad habit and replace it with an even better one.
Workout Wednesday
Today it’s about changing habits & absorbing the Wednesday wisdom so let’s stretch it out:
- Deep froward fold, hold and meditate for 8 breaths. Fold as deep as you can, practice makes perfect
- Warrior 2, hold and mediate for 8 breaths
- Mountain pose, hold and meditate for 8 breaths. If you are unable to balance for 8 breaths mark this pose as a challenge for you and practice daily until mastered
- Eagle pose, hold and meditate for 8 breaths
