Tranquil Tuesday

Let’s all take out our yoga mats and sage and let’s inhale deeply as we bend over our hips and touch our toes. Let’s this forward fold release tension, open your soul and make you feel relaxed. As you begin to bring your body up and reach for the sky, exhale and repeat “I am relaxed, I am able and I am at peace”

Ready to go master another day. As your working, reading, writing, whatever you choose today; make sure your operating in higher self (positive, centered and open minded). When you operate in higher self you invite tranquility, peace and abundance.

Did you know working out can also open another realm of peace. Here is a quick floor routine to get you in the mood of peace.

Beginners: 3 sets of 8

Intermediate: 3 sets of 12

Intense: 3 sets of 15 or 20

  • Donkey kicks with bands
  • Squats with bands and or weight
  • Lunges
  • Fire hydrants with bands
