Let’s Get Working

I use to be a crazy gym nut, twice a day faithfully but having a child and dealing with Covid has made it harder to get back in the gym. But that’s not an excuse to get that moving and blood pumping. Working out is essential for all ages and body types, regardless of this goal let’s get moving.

Saturday groove – 3 sets of 12

  • shoulder press push ups
  • Single leg lunges
  • Jumping jacks
  • Elevated push ups
  • Body squats
