It’s Saturday day two of the new year. Doesn’t that just sound great, a new year. Yes it’s 2021 and it’s time to flex. Flex the fact that we made it, beat/avoided Covid, stayed afloat the best we could, lights are on today, we are breathing today, we have so much to flex for why not right.
When we thank the universe for what we have, the more it will continue to give us. Yes even the universe likes appreciation like anything else. While your making dinner, playing with the kids and or just lounging have you manifested today. Manifesting is speaking and or acting things into existence. That can be with affirmations, hard work, mediation and or rituals. Make sure you have a clear, positive and open mind whenever speaking to the universe. Believe in self and it’s hidden wonders.
New Years workout
This workout is for both women and men, just adjust it to your lifestyle and body goal (refer to this article for sample workouts catered to body goals)
3 -4 sets of 15 if you can
- Side lunges with weight
- Hip thrust (single leg for a challenge)
- Push ups
- Full body squats
- Step ups ups for 2 min medium speed.
- Standing band hip rotations (great if you want those cuts on your abs
- Butterfly pump (with or without weight)
