New Years Pregame | 2021

My New Years pregame consist of mindfulness practices and fun; reading, writing, meditating, yoga, eating good and working hard. I don’t plan on going anywhere, but to the moon, into a new realm & headspace. As each day is a day that should be cherished and lives to the fullest, if you haven’t been, this is the time to start.

If you have any bad habits, negative thoughts, this is a great time to recognize your flaw and do better. Today is the day we pick up those weights and go harder. I believe in you, why don’t you?

It’s New Year’s Eve, a joying day, look forward to what you will accomplish today, tomorrow and there after, reflect on your accomplishments and what you will achieve. Get those goals together, and love on your friends and family.

Some of today’s treats (I’m doing seafood because it’s light, healthy and easy to cook. I don’t want to be tied down to the kitchen)
