With relief and a new year approaching, it’s time to do our do diligence and live for today while preparing for tomorrow. Using the things we know like daily prayer, mediation, yoga, and mindfulness to aim higher and get further. The sun is shining, catch some rays and catch your big break.
I have setting small monthly goals for 2021; one financial, one personal and one catered to my family. These goals set the tone for the month and sets a focus so it’s harder to deviate.
Don’t forget to workout, workouts should be impactful and good for your heart. Here is a sample you can use any day
- 25 squats (3 sets)
- Lunges (3 sets)
- Planks (1 min hold – 3 sets)
- 15 Side hip raises (both sides – 3 sets)
- 15 Bent over rows (each arm – 3 sets)
