How are you bringing in the new year. I know there are a lot of stresses going on, but we won’t and can’t let that break us this week. This is a test and we will prevail.
Let’s put together all we have learned, overcome and make a better 2021.
What are you reading, are you mediating. This week your mediation and mindfulness should be enhanced, 30min to an hour meditation and yoga. Your workouts should be strategic, your planning and execution process this week should be the same. The new year is approaching as well as a better you.
Tonight before bed take a look at the stars, sip your tea, light your candles and invite the new year. Do this each night, as well as write out a new goal and burn a bad habit. We want to only bring in good things, clean something daily, throw away what you don’t need. Do what’s in your control, again I know many of us are facing the new year with little but trust me we have a lot more than we believe. Happy healing!
