When it comes to goal setting, we must know
- Sometimes you have to start small to get big
- When you miss, try again
I’m normally a early riser but lately I’ve been dragging to get up. Setting the alarm each day for 5:30 am to workout, meditate and eat. But its been more like 7 and and a 40 min scramble to get out the door for work. Whenever I was late for work or late dropping my daughter off at daycare I beat myself resulting in not so good days and a repeat the next. I had to break the cycle the biggest was
- Beating myself up
- Waking up on time
When I started being less hard on myself, but still set the same goal each day I get a little closer. Loving self and being patient-with self is the key
