Evening meditation | Day 1 – Healing

Namaste everyone.

As you end your day, make sure you take the time to pat yourself on the back, to stretch out the tension and yoga away the stress. We all need it, deserve it and it’s possible.

While your watching your favorite movie with your little one, do some yoga on the commercials; get them involved. Be present in the moment and embrace the energy.

Tonight many great family movies are on. Christmas time is a beautiful time to give and love self. Start today.
