At home lift | For my ladies

This post is just fir my ladies.

We all hate as we age things begin to sag, from our arms down to our stomachs issues seem to pop up. Why aren’t men cursed with this as much, not sure but their time is coming (lol).

Stretching, toning and strength training are a great way to get those arms, breast and butt back perky. Things like

  • Yoga
  • Walking planks
  • Pushups
  • Dumbbell chest press or flys (works great with a yoga ball)
  • Butterflies (cables needed)
  • Lunges
  • Kick backs (use bands for better results)
  • Dancing

All help!

Do them while your brushing your teeth, do it while your playing with the kids. Whatever you do, just do it. Because your worth it.
