Time to Get it in |rise and Shine Workout

This cash workout is great to get your mind snd body ready for the day. Early morning workouts help you gain energy for the day and get you feeling good about yourself. It’s this weekend and like the weekend this workout ain’t holding back. Don’t forget my original post and make sure your doing your yoga, meditation and drinking water before and after each workout. The Gain that Mass Plan:

– more weight, less reps (6 for beginner, 9 for intermediate, 12 for advance)

3 sets (4 if you wanna really feel it)

  • Elevated Push ups – wide
  • Weighted dead lifts
  • Full body squats
  • Bow and row pull

The Kicking Mass Ass Plan:

4 sets

  • Jumping jacks
  • Jump squats
  • Kick backs

– less or no weight, more reps (10 for beginner, 12 for intermediate, 15 for advance.
