30 days of Weights | Stay inside

Today marks the first day of weight training. Weight training is good for everyone, regardless of the goal is to loss or gain; weight training is an elite way to reach it. Each day I will drop two routines, they will be similar just one for gaining mass one for kicking mass ass! I think this should be fun. Workouts can be done at home or in the gym but these workouts due to Covid are better done in front of your home stereo.

Please join me, the first routine will drop shortly. To prepare yourself

  • Stretch
  • Drink water
  • Eat breakfast
  • Meditate
  • Yoga mat, weights and towel

I’ll see you back here in about an hour or so. It’s Sunday, a great day to move, shake and uplift. Happy healn everyone
