“Don’t give up on your dreams”

Though a lot is going on the world, you matter, your dreams matter and your healing process matters. Don’t give up.


Time is something we all could use a little more of. But to gain more time in the end you need to spend some time in the beginning. Last night I took about an hour of my day to prep meals for the rest of the week. I need something I can eat fast, that’s healthy and versatile.

SALAD 4 different ways was the goal and it was accomplished

    1. Buffalo chicken salad
    2. Ham and avocado salad
    3. All veggie salad
    4. Chicken salad over Roman

    All these were easy to make, will last in the fridge for a few days and are delicious if I do say so myself. Packed with energy, protein, and healthy items like carriers, avocado, raisins, and more. These salads aren’t just for lunch but also for my in between meal times and or snack.

    It’s Wednesday a great day to be wise and heal.
