Stop & Restart| Power Packed Lunch |

I don’t know if it’s the pandemic or maybe I’m just more mindful of my surroundings but domestic violence, arguments and negativity have been prospering strong. I could hear my neighbors at 7:30 am arguing, why? It’s not only to early but also a horrible way to start the day. I know what your saying well, he was wrong, or she was out of line. Maybe so but a solution never comes from a argument but when you are mindful of the argument and it’s intensity it’s time to stop and reset.

  1. Stop
  2. Pray
  3. Stretch
  4. Breath
  5. Reset

Lunch is just as important as breakfast in my book. That in between meal to renew your energy, mind and body is sometimes needed and if not important for rejuvenating.

I try to pack things that are easy to eat, quick and don’t always require a microwave due to I may be on the run.

  • Veggies
  • Peanut butter
  • Eggs
  • Smoothies
  • Soups
  • Salads

These are just a few options, not to mention spreads, wraps, bars and more all can be used for lunch regardless of your weight goal.
