Mindfulness hour | TGIF |

For an hour a day me and my daughter practice mindfulness. We turn off the tv, and open the room and our minds to what the universe has to offer.

Today we choose to color. I find these cheap colors books all the time at my local stores. My two year old enjoys the mommy time and I enjoy the peace.
