Change for Self Not for the World

With this world being crazier than normal it’s easy to fall into a spiral of things that we normally don’t do. Sleeping all day, working weird hours, social distancing and more; new habits sometimes create a new us, but make sure those changes are for the betterment of you and your self love journey. Not all  change is good change, sleeping habits should still be good, as well as eating right, working out and meditating. Don’t let Covid trap you, but the break away that you need. 

  • Take a walk and or exercise when you feel your body sleeping more often than it should mind wondering. 

  • Read a motivational or funny book when you find your mind wondering or ill thoughts lingering

  • Clean the house and or start a project if you hands need to be busy

  • Call a friend if you need someone to talk to and or email me and you can vent all you like. 

Remember change is good, but only when its for the betterment of self.
