No Doubt Tuesday | Meditation

I’ve lost a lot of things these past few years; love, loved ones, myself and even my way. Regaining my strength has been a daily battle. It’s not just meditating, it’s not just doing the yoga, it’s also believing in myself. Sometimes that’s the hardest of the three; and I’ve realized when I don’t believe in me, things just don’t seem to go right. Being happy isn’t just saying it, it’s believing it and living by it.

The question today is do you believe? If you don’t what are you doing to do to make yourself, and if you do believe, how will you use that energy to achieve your goals!

When it’s hard we have to rise anyway. When battles come our way, though we are tired we must keep fighting anyway. Fight fire with fire as they say.

Today’s meditation:

As you meditate this morning engage each chakra, root to crown. Allow peace to run through your body fluidly and abundantly. Inhaling positivity, exhaling negativity, stagnate behavior and doubt. I think exhaling doubt is important, doubt can lead to depression, lack of energy and pride. You are someone special, you are someone amazingly talented and you are loved. Never doubt that. Inhale positive thoughts, good intentions and control; exhale doubt. Inhale self love, exhale doubt.

Repeat 8 times for new beginnings.

Today is Tuesday, a great day to start fresh, to thank yourself and the universe, to heal, to gain, to stride forward. Happy healn’
