Sometimes you just have to look yourself in the mirror and say “I am Amazing” and mean it. We will be all we can be, we will update that resume, we will send it out, we will workout and we will eat right! Today is all about you and thriving. Strengthen your core, mind, and heal with planks. A great way to practice centering yourself is with yoga. Yoga is used to gain flexibility, strength, mindfulness and peace. Centering your breathing, stillness and keeping your mind clear allows you to become balanced.

  1. Citrine: great for mental health, brings joy and happiness, doesn’t hold negative energy, aids mood swings
  2. Amethyst: crown chakra, place in study or living room, blocks mental stress, assist in breaking bad habits
  3. Green Aventurine: heart chakra, lucky stone, harmony, protects heart, brings abundance and success
