Home workouts never get the credit they deserve. I never knew why a cheaper and at times more effective workout got knocked so much. Yeah you may not have the fancy equipment but who needs it.
With mask being the new normal and a virus taking over I think home is and was always the best option. The music is better and the environment safe. Home workouts can be in the living, back yard and even the local park if your adventurous. The combinations are endless, and you can do a full body workout with no equipment or slice it up with bands, weights and balls. Either way your going to feel the burn and gain the results.
There is no limit to your success, you just have to be willing to put in the work and effort to see it through. Make the times adjust to you, sky’s the limit. Happy Tuesday.
