My trip to the better health store was great today. I spoke with the staff and decided to add a meal replacement smoothie to my diet. Normally these are used for weight loss & to curve appetite; but in my case it will be added to my meals. The goal is 3 meals a day and 2-3 snacks: 2 of those snacks or meals will have a smoothie.
I also picked up some toothpaste, biotin drops and collagen powder to help with my hair, skin and nail journey. Every woman wants gorgeous hair, keep it healthy and growing by giving it the vitamins and minerals it needs.
