Drop kick Depression | Don’t be Afraid of Growth

Man lately, everyday seems like a battle. From getting out of bed to getting through work, it’s all been dragging. I set goals that I can’t seem to achieve, I make time that I can seem to devout to and My mind won’t stay clear enough for good thoughts. What do you do, what do you say to yourself, how do you alter the depression kicking in?

    Relax
    Rebuild
    Regain

Taking a moment to relax your mind, rebuild your strength and to regain positivity can kick depression to the side.

Life is all about growth and being the better you. Each time to take a moment to see the signs of depression and do something about it you win. Yes I said it you win. Doesn’t winning for self feel good.

While your winning for self try this self care workout

  • 50 full squats
  • 1 min planks 2x 30 second breaks
  • 30 Over head arm press

Repeat 3 times, meditate for 8 count for a new beginning.
