That Fruity Smoothie

You know smoothies are my favorite way to pack in all the things you need in a delicious way. Because it’s getting hot outside, frozen fruit gives your smoothies that chilly, refreshing taste. Strawberries and pineapple are packed with vitamin and cancer fighting properties to keep your immune system up and jamming all day.

  • Plant based protein
  • Almond milk
  • Frozen Strawberries
  • Frozen Pineapples
  • Flaxseeds (optional)
  • Ice (if your using fresh fruit)

Blend and enjoy. Use as a meal replacement or add it to your breakfast or lunch for extra protein for mass gaining.
