Healthy habits are passed on and start at home. As the ring leader in my household, I control what my family eats, the activities they participate in and their fitness level. Most days my little one is in charge. As she gets older, as does her ambition and drive to more thing. She is curious, asking questions; and she is is always happy. Guiding her with good examples each day is the key to long term healthy habits
She is very fond of the things I do. At 2 years old she is more open to try things and is very resilient. She watches every move I make and the things that I eat she eats so I must really be mindful each day.
