Chapter one teaches
“Be present in each moment. Conscience in all actions. Using ones breath to maintain mindfulness and peace throughout the day.”
Apply today’s lesson, as you work, as you walk, as you wash the dishes, be present in the moment. Conscious to the actions and use your breath to maintain peace and positive thoughts to master each task at hand. Giving your all to each take to reach perfection. Eliminating outside thoughts.
It takes practice, it takes time but mindfulness can be achieved.
