Night Routine

How you end your day is just as important as how you start it. Not just brushing your teeth and washing your face but also being mindful of what you consume and what you do at this time.

The night hours are for passion, aligning and manifesting. Not a time for negativity, arguments and frustration; because this will disturb your sleep and your morning. Hence the importance of your evening routine.

Proper skin care at night is just as if not even more beneficial than your morning skin care routine. Replenishing and hydrating you’re skin as it rest is vital.

I have a few mask that I alternate between. Today was a lemon, honey and eposn salt mask. This mask will reduce dark marks, remove impurities, and leaves your skin soft.

What you put in your body at night means a lot as well. Ever wake up with a stomach ache or discomfort, wake up to a pimple or red marks. Well it may be a result of what you ate the night before.

Aloe juice is a great drink (but water is better) to end your night with, so are fruits and veggies. Avoid pop, sugar drinks and fried foods after 10pm.

I place my eye mask in the fridge for about 10 min and then place it on my face for 15-20 min for the best results.
