New body season is here and I’m participating. To gain our new body We must show love to the current one. Feeding it the positive energy, vitamins and fitness to reach the new things to come.
Let’s pull out those blenders, buy some fruit and veggies, protein if needed and a few other essentials.
My smoothies will be higher in protein and calories (for weight gain) so please cut back depending on the goal.
New body smoothie
- 1/2 avocado 🥑
- Few strawberries 🍓
- 1/2 banana
- Almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein (optional)
- 3 tablespoons brewers yeast (optional – great for breast feeding moms)
- 1 tablespoon of flax seeds
It taste great, wasn’t to heavy for me and I was able to drink it all. All of those are very important when reaching any body goal. You don’t want to feel heavy after meals, you want them to taste good but also be healthy and always drink it all. Don’t waste a thing, you want all your benefits!
