A little piece of Peace | the Power Of Meditation 🧘‍♀️

I love my home garden. It help me feel warm, energized, motherly, strong, and within reach of my desires. Each day I tend to my plants, doing my best to give them all they need and then some. Plants are a little piece of peace for me.

I think we all could use some peace right now. Along with unity, respect and positive change. Take a moment, connect with the universe and practice opening each chakra. Meditation should be peaceful, opening, relaxing, and expanding to the mind. You should feel more open, ready to achieve and mindful of self. The more you practice the quicker you will be able fall into mediation.

Meditation is an art of silencing the negative, critical and obstacles of the world; it’s a time to open free your mind and really yourself to Heal. Meditation is a way to communicate your desires and a way to obtain them.
