Cooking and making my own products is how I heal. I try to cook a fresh meal daily to express myself, along with meditation, yoga, home workouts, and writing.
I cut up some veggies for a stir fry.
I will be adding rice and a side of potstickers 🥟 🥰
Made my own rice water for hair growth,
And even some ginger water for the times I have an upset stomach.
With resources being limited, it’s a time to practice your resourcefulness and holistic capabilities.
