Learn to Improvise 🍋 | Peace starts with Self | Plant life Update

Sometimes life throws you lemons, the best you can do is make lemonade right. Right.

I woke up this morning and took a look at my plant friends and they looked sad. I looked out the window and it’s another day of little to no sun. I have no sun and no plant light, what am I to do. Then I remembered, I have a high powered light in the bathroom. So I gathered all my friends and told them, party in the bathroom today guys.

Our friends are doing well.

Like my human friends I talk to my plants, we tell them good night, play them music and even dance for them. The better you treat your plants friends the greater the reward. See you in 6 hours (I’ll check on them from time to time, especially during potty breaks lol)

Though times are getting more stressful, be smart, stay protected and stay positive. May of like myself are laid off, seeking other ways to make money, raising a family, avoiding the virus and trying to stay wholesome all at the same time. Doing these things brings a combination of emotions. When things get rough

  • Inhale
  • Say to self “we are prepared, we are ready and we are able”
  • Exhale
  • Inhale
  • Say to self “i am beautiful, I am brilliant, I am great.”
  • Exhale
  • Repeat 8x for peace and new beginning

I do this sometimes 7 times a day, because teaching the mind to be more positive in negative situations allows to process information better, which leads to better results. We act from the mind not emotions. Those problems you once had, you will solve, those feelings you couldn’t control you will, that income you thought you didn’t have will come and multiply. But we have to be mindful, positive and resourceful. Make lemonade with those lemons today
