Rise and Heal | How you Start your Day | Flexibility

How you start your day has a lot to do with how it plays out and how you play a role. Will you be the bigger, wiser, and more confident you. Or will you be a little lazy and say you’ll start tomorrow.

I say start today not just because it’s not promised but also because it’s worth it.

I woke an hour early today, did my yoga, made breakfast and began my work day. Today will be prosperous, the work I did yesterday will pay off and the work I do today is worthy the energy.


Each day I will be working on my flexibility. As I get older, daughter grows up and I look deeper into healing; flexibility training can can help with stress, tension, and give you more energy. I’ll drop a few poses and exercises for you to increase your flexibility.
