Sometimes simple meals are the most filling and satisfying. Lunch time is a perfect time to calm those taste buds before dinner. Today I made a ham grilled cheese and a power smoothie.
The grilled cheese was easy, bread, ham and two different cheeses. As for the smoothie, I went to my sacred place and cut some wheatgrass
I then added it to a mix of strawberries, pineapple, blueberries and a VG for the veggies.
