We all need someone to talk to, being stuck in the house can open new thoughts and trigger new feelings; how do you handle them along with the stress. Talk to someone; if it’s not your notebook, family/spouse… then why not make it be. I don’t recommend social media, to many options and negativity.
Heal with positivity, express in a no judgement zone and actually feel better.

Planning the day is very important, I know I talk about it a lot and it’s because times like this it’s vital. Plans give you something to look forward too and stop random thoughts of negativity or loneliness.
What did you do today, I have planned dinner (catfish and pasta),
Made eggs and French roach for breakfast.
Did some work.
Played and drew with my daughter.
But the day is not over. It’s a great time to write and work on the things you have been desiring too.
