I love hashes! Their hearty, packed with great things from the pantry and fridge and can be made out of anything. Today I used
- Sweet potatoes
- Mushrooms
- Spinach
- Eggs
- Onion
- Garlic
I chopped them up pretty even, sautéed them, cooking the sweet potatoes first and eggs last.
Garlic is great for your immune system, heart, and fighting against impurities. I add it to just about everything.
