Mental health.. How are you doing? | Healthy Living

How are you on this beautiful March Sunday. I know you may be stuck inside like me and my family but that doesn’t have to get you down. It’s a great time to conquer fears, overcome self doubt and get some things accomplished.

Don’t let this virus give you a virus. Stay healthy, work out, limit your interaction with the public and take your vitamins. Starting before you get sick helps you not get sick.

Remember to stay hydrated, eat right, I know some of us are working from home as well so get active. Walk around with your headset and don’t forget to meditate.

Staying centered during thus time is very important. Set time to meditate, practice your yoga and center your mind, body and home.
