Power packed meals | What Works for You!

Lunch time is a great time to recharge. Power packed quick meals are the way to go, providing energy, good digestion, and good overall health.

As you become more mindful of self, you will realize the foods that benefit you. I keep note of mine, keep my fridge stocked with those items and I try my best each day to consume them, to name a few

  • Yogurt
  • Oatmeal
  • 3 vegetables (avocado being a big one)

  • 2 fruits
  • Rice

I switch it up keeping my taste buds awake each day. Today for lunch I kept it simple but tastey. Yummy avocado, spinach and boiled eggs 😊.

My personal tip: I try to avoid cards and fats at lunch. I want to power through the rest of the day; energy foods are my friend right now.
