Words of Mindfulness

Good evening and namaste 🙏

Communication is vital.I don’t think it should be wasted being mean, lazy, envious, hatful, or negative when we can just be mindful of what we say and do. If we are mindful of what we give the universe we will be even more mindful of its blessings.

It should be about doing self snd each other right not about what we are use to doing or how negative we can be today. Everything gets made harder because people say well I’m use to this or that. Or well they made me mad. Or My favorite I’ve always been this way. No real life is, either it’s done right or wrong.

…. I don’t know about you but I’m tired of going about things wrong.

I don’t think it’s about starting over or anything of the sort; just being mindful of self is what we should practice and master until it’s natural again. It’s not so much about what or who made you mad, upset, angry; its more about how your going to change that narrative. We are so congested we don’t realize the lack of self, caused us to lack everywhere else…

Mindfulness needs to be restored. We don’t try hard enough because we got comfortable doing the things we use to do; but not everything we use to do will work now. Mindfulness is about awareness of self which amounts to growth.
