Take the stairs

If your like me you try to squeeze a little fitness into your day, being busy and having kids makes it hard but we are done with the excuses.

We are taking the stairs from now on. Work, kids, family, side hustles, stress and days finances stop us from being a healthy us. But using the resources you already have where you are at saves money and gives results.

Other ways to exercise at work are walks around the building, if you have a hour lunch try going to a local school or park for exercise a track and fresh air.
